Accounts Officer

  • Analyse the revenue and expenditure of a business
  • Financial maintenance including the underlying accuracy of financial data (actuals, forecast and budget)
  • Conduct financial investigations and audit and prepare reports
  • Meeting external compliance requirements eg FBT, BAS, payroll tax etc., and other financial requirements as and when required.
  • Manage collections, external obligations, financing facility and overall cashflow
  • Coordination, compilation and review of weekly and monthly management reports as required for management / directors.
  • Assist in the coordination of any audits as and when required.
  • Liaise with external experts including bankers, insurance brokers, accountants and solicitors as and when required
  • Overall management of Finance Function including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and administration
